The decay of value of land in Windsor.

We went downtown and interviewed a lot of people about the decay of land in Windsor; our purpose was to enquire as to what had caused this depreciation of land. We made some preliminary observations and we also closely examined the affects of global recession on automotive industry and how unemployment had its impact on the society.

The analysis was originally inspired by anedotal evidence on the role of depreciation of land.
