The Fundraising and Media Teams are coming together again for an upcoming event with Connect! A Not- For- Profit Mixer hosted by Science City on March 23^rd, 2011 at Mezzo Restaurant. Tickets are sold to this event for $35.00.

• The $35 ticket price gives you $20 in tokens to pass on to the wonderful organizations involved in this event and time tokens, which you can use to pledge volunteer hours with an organization.

We will be adding more people to our mailing list and making connections with the public and various companies about the Green Corridor.

In other news, the U of W Student Environmental Coalition-UWSEC is having a contest to create a new logo. The Green Corridor’s submission is up and we need your help to vote, to help us win!

Finally, tomorrow we will hear the results of the People’s Choice voting competition sponsored by TD Friends of the Environment.  They will make this announcement via their twitter feed, so for advanced notice, follow them. We are eagerly awaiting this tweet, along with the announcement of the grand prize winners.  Keep your fingers crossed for us!
